Once someone voluntarily provides an email address, the Sports POCUS (L.L.C.) uses that information to email the person for transaction follow-up, promotions and communications. This information is collected through third-party cookies and non-cookie technologies. This information may be shared with third-party Sports POCUS (L.L.C.) partners, to serve targeted advertising and for measurement and analytics. The Sports POCUS (L.L.C.) may rent mailing addresses to third parties. These third parties may subsequently contact you by mail.

The service, including the Websites and the App and each of their entire contents, features, and functionalities (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), and all right title and interest into the foregoing (including all intellectual property rights) are owned by the Company, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. The service is protected by U.S. and international copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. If you are a European Union resident and wish to have your personal information removed from our systems entirely and permanently, please contact us at SportsPOCUS@gmail.com to initiate the process. Please keep in mind this is irreversible and we will not be able to recover your previous membership terms or any other past records if you wish to rejoin or become a customer in the future.

Notwithstanding any of the above, we may release membership lists or personal identifying information if we determine the release is appropriate to comply with the law, to enforce or apply our contractual rights or obligations, to protect the rights, property, or safety of the AIUM, our members, or others, or to establish a legal claim or defense.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website.
